Offer Hub provides tools and information to help cruise guests watch pricing, compare cabin upgrade opportunities, review price history, organize cruise offer information, and participate in the Cruiser Lounge community.

Independent Service

Offer Hub is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by any cruise line or casino loyalty program. Brand names may be used only to describe the bookings and offers users choose to watch.

Eligibility

Royal Offer Hub is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. You may not use the service if you are not legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.

Plans and Feature Access

• Account creation is currently available to eligible users.
• Features, pricing, and availability may change as the service evolves.
• Some features depend on your plan, available pricing data, and account status.
• Paid features and billing terms are presented before purchase.

Accounts and User Information

• You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• An account is required to use tracked sailing and offer features.
• Offer Hub does not require your cruise line username or password.

Pricing Information

Cruise pricing is dynamic and may change at any time. Offer Hub strives to provide accurate and timely pricing history, cabin category comparisons, upgrade estimates, alerts, and recommendations, but we cannot guarantee pricing accuracy, completeness, or availability. Users should always verify pricing, availability, taxes, fees, restrictions, and booking terms directly with the applicable cruise line or a travel advisor before making purchase or upgrade decisions.

No Financial, Legal, or Travel Advice

Information provided by Royal Offer Hub is for informational purposes only. Upgrade recommendations, pricing history, trends, and alerts should not be considered financial, legal, or travel advice.

Acceptable Use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service.
• Do not use automated tools or bots without written permission.
• Do not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, obscene, invasive, or abusive information or content.
• Do not impersonate another person, post spam or scams, or disclose another person’s private information without permission.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Do not use Royal Offer Hub to violate the rights of others or applicable laws.
• Do not attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access.

Cruiser Lounge and User Content

• The Cruiser Lounge allows eligible account holders to create profiles, join sailing roll calls, post discussions and replies, react to content, report content, and upload images.
• You retain ownership of content you submit. You are responsible for that content and for the consequences of sharing it with other Lounge members.
• You represent that you own your submitted content or have all permissions necessary to post it and grant the license described in these Terms.
• Do not post booking numbers, travel documents, financial information, precise location information, or personal information about another person without permission.
• Other members may view, quote, react to, or capture copies of content you share. Removing content from Royal Offer Hub cannot guarantee removal of copies made by others.

License to User Content

When you submit content to Royal Offer Hub, you grant Royal Offer Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, promote, and improve the service and the Cruiser Lounge. This license also allows us to review, moderate, and make technical modifications needed to display your content across devices. The license ends when your content is deleted from our active systems, except to the extent content must be retained for backups, legal compliance, safety, enforcement, or content shared or copied by others.

Community Moderation

Royal Offer Hub may, but is not obligated to, monitor, review, investigate, hide, remove, preserve, or disclose user content or reports. We may lock discussions, restrict Lounge features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe content or conduct violates these Terms, threatens users or the service, infringes rights, or creates legal or security risk. Moderation decisions may be made without advance notice where appropriate.

Member Content and Community Information

Member posts, upgrade wins, prices, savings, opinions, and recommendations are supplied by users and are not verified, endorsed, or guaranteed by Offer Hub. Community content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or objectionable. Always confirm fares, offers, availability, and booking terms directly with the applicable cruise line or a qualified travel advisor before acting.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on Royal Offer Hub infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact support@royalofferhub.com with identification of the protected work, the content at issue, your contact information, and a statement explaining your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized. We may remove reported material and restrict repeat infringers where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

Royal Offer Hub software, branding, logos, graphics, website materials, and related intellectual property are owned by Royal Offer Hub or its licensors unless otherwise stated. User content remains owned by the user who submitted it, subject to the license granted in these Terms.

Subscriptions and Paid Features

If paid plans become available, pricing, billing terms, refund policies, and included features will be presented before purchase. Future features may be added, changed, delayed, or removed as the product evolves.

Service Availability

We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but Royal Offer Hub may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or inaccurate at times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Royal Offer Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Offer Hub is not responsible for losses, missed pricing opportunities, booking decisions, travel costs, cancellation fees, fare changes, or other damages arising from use of the website, use of the service, or reliance on information shown in the service.
