Can I track drinks, dining and excursions?
Yes. Cruiser and Captain include package tracking for available drink packages, dining and shore excursions. Set a target price, record what you paid, and compare current prices and price history for your sailing. Available extras vary by sailing.
Which cruise lines can I track?
You can track booked sailings with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises. Choose your cruise line and ship when adding a sailing.
Do I need a casino offer?
No. Offer Hub works for guests using a casino offer and for anyone who wants to monitor cabin pricing on a confirmed sailing.
Do I need to enter my offer code?
No. An offer code is only needed when you want to search its eligible sailings. Cabin tracking starts with your ship, sail date, and current room.
Do I need my cruise line login?
Not for cabin tracking or public offer searches. The optional Club Royale browser-extension scanner requires you to sign in directly to Royal Caribbean. Offer Hub does not ask for your cruise line username or password.
What is included in the free plan?
Free includes one watched sailing, daily price checks, 14-day price history, upgrade price comparisons, basic price alerts, and five lifetime Offer Vault imports.
What do Cruiser and Captain add?
Cruiser adds 10 watched sailings, hourly price checks, email alerts, 180-day price history, package tracking, unlimited saved offers, offer comparisons, and tools to combine compatible household offers. Captain adds unlimited watched sailings, priority monitoring and alerts, full price history, advanced household offer analysis, personalized offer recommendations, and Skipper AI with a monthly question allowance.
How do offer recommendations work?
Offer recommendations compare your saved offers using the preferences you choose, such as suite access, departure port, sailing length, or overall value.
What does Offer Hub track?
Offer Hub tracks cabin pricing, category-to-category upgrade cost, price history, alerts, saved offer details, and eligible cruise extras.
Is Offer Hub operated by a cruise line?
No. Offer Hub is an independent cruise pricing and upgrade tracking service.
