What this policy covers

Cookies are small browser records. Local storage and session storage also remember information on your device. This policy covers these technologies on Royal Offer Hub; the optional browser extension has separate storage described in our Privacy Policy.

Necessary storage

Supabase authentication storage keeps your account signed in and supports secure sign-in and session refresh. Names vary by project and may start with sb-. Session duration depends on authentication settings and session renewal. Signing out clears the active sign-in session.

The roh_privacy_v1 cookie remembers your privacy choice for up to 180 days. It is sent only to this site. Saved interface preferences use browser local storage and remain until replaced or cleared. Necessary storage is used for sign-in, security, and settings you request; optional analytics is not required to use the service.

Referral offers

The roh_referral cookie remembers the referral code from a member link or creator partner page for up to 30 days, so you can browse before creating an account. A newer referral link replaces it. It is cleared after successful registration and does not contain your identity. Offer eligibility is verified on the server.

Optional analytics

Only after you allow optional analytics, the website sends signed-in page views and feature-use events, plus anonymous creator-page views and CTA clicks to our usage-event service. These events can be associated with your OfferHub account. Page-view tracking omits URL queries and fragments.

Session-storage keys starting roh:usage: limit repeated page-view events. roh:email-attribution records campaign and email-message identifiers when you arrive from a marketing email. These records normally last for the browser tab session. Attribution is used for up to seven days if the session remains open. Declining or withdrawing consent clears these browser records and stops future optional website usage events.

Your choice and withdrawal

Optional analytics is off until you allow it. Reject and allow options are available in the privacy controls. Open Privacy settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics off even if it was previously allowed.

Choices apply to this browser. Clearing cookies, changing browsers, or expiration may require a new choice. If storage is blocked, the site may be unable to remember your choice. Withdrawal does not automatically erase events already collected; contact support to request deletion. Browser settings can clear or block storage, but blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in.

Payments, email, and service records

Stripe processes payments when you use billing and may use its own security and fraud-prevention technologies under its policies. Our hosting, authentication, and email providers may maintain operational records. Security logs, purchases, requested alerts, community actions, and email delivery or interaction records are separate from optional website analytics. Website cookie choices do not unsubscribe you from email; use Account email preferences or the unsubscribe link.

The website consent controls do not control storage on cruise-line websites or in the optional extension. See our Privacy Policy for extension connections, shared catalog contributions, and deletion choices.
